IV Infusions

We are very proud to be able to offer the first neurological and psychiatric clinic that is the pioneer in Integrative medicine.  Dr Besler has been using her therapies for the past two decades to help patients obtain a sense of wellness that was unable to be achieved with the symptomatic medical model that is used throughout the country.  We have realized that to treat many of the disease states that exist today it is not possible to stay within this model.   Neurological and psychiatric diseases have a common ground- they both take place in the brain. 

It is essential to understand the basic building blocks that the brain uses for its ability to function in an optimal manner- which includes understanding the neuroprotective mechanisms that are inherent to everyone’s brain.  We have now seen that multiple factors can deplete these systems- from the pharmaceuticals that are prescribed to the pollutants in the environment that we are subjected to daily.  In order to replenish these systems supplementation with high quality bioavailable nutrients is essential to reestablish balance. 

Supplemental oral therapies can be beneficial but also have some downfalls.  Some may not be efficacious due to their delivery system, or cannot be ingested in high enough quantities to impact the system- this is where IV therapy has become an incredible asset in integrative medical therapy.  It allows us to bypass the gut and have direct access to the bloodstream, and, most importantly, to the brain.
